Special Event Catering Details

For your off-site special events, Marigold Kitchen Catering offers drop-off delivery of ready to serve hors d’oeuvres, appetizer platters, sandwiches, salads, buffet style entrées, and desserts. Cold items will arrive on disposable platters, ready to serve to your guests. Hot items will arrive in 10”x12” aluminum pans with reheating instructions; garnished platters are provided for hot hors d’oeuvres for easy transfer from the oven to serve. Entrées arrive ready to warm and transfer to a chafer.
Presentation and Service » Off-site catering selections are plattered on disposable platters. Custom plattering on china platters is available for $10/platter. Marigold offers high-quality, disposable service ware for $1/person. White two-ply tissue, one-ply poly, table covers are available; 54”x54” $5/each, 54”x108” $8/each. Foodservice, bartending, and cleanup is the responsibility of the customer; Marigold Kitchen Catering does not offer staffing services.
Ingredients » We use the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on. We source our product from local farms whenever possible. We do our best to provide foods that are seasonal and will sometimes make substitutions based on availability

Delivery » Marigold Kitchen Catering delivers throughout Dane County. Delivery fees vary based on location. A 15% service and gratuity charge are included with each order.
Chafer Rental Four-gallon, single or two compartment, roll top stainless steel chafers are available for $36.00 each. Round two-gallon stainless steel roll top chafers are $20 each.
